our preparations for the biggest industrial fair, Interschutz “Der Rote Hahn" in June 2010, are in full sway. This newsletter gives you the inside line on how Rosenbauer will be presenting itself at this leading fair. Parallel to this, there is also news about current deliveries: a PANTHER that was unusual from both a technical and color-scheme point of view was delivered to Ostrava, the largest regional airport in the Czech Republic. For the first time, a TLFA 1400 was realized on the basis of a Unitrac chassis for the community of Betten-Bettmeralp (Canton Wallis). In addition to this, Rosenbauer equipped German professional fire departments with sophisticated ATs. A Lindner Unitrac conquers the Swiss mountains

The community of Betten-Bettmeralp (Canton Wallis) is an idyllic mountain village with a population of around 400 inhabitants and comprises the main village of Betten (1200 m above sea level) and the popular tourist location Bettmeralp (1950 m above sea level). The two parts of the community are only connected by a forest track, or a funicular. Not the easiest of conditions for the local fire service.
